During Extravaganza 2024, A Knight on the Town, President Chris DiMauro ’99 announced that the second phase of the Every Knight, Every Day capital campaign has reached the funding needed to move forward. He shared the vision for Hoban’s future student center, made possible with the generosity of alumni and friends, that will be located on the north side of campus.

The two-story, 14,583-square-foot facility will house Hoban’s new cafeteria space and large group meeting and testing space. Additionally, the student center will centralize all before and after-school activities, creating a more secure environment for students to study or enjoy time with peers.

The student center will also allow for the eventual renovation of the Foley Commons and current kitchen areas into usable classroom, learning and school counseling offices.

Although timelines are still being developed, Hoban’s administration is cautiously optimistic about breaking ground in August 2024. With growing enrollment numbers, this project is critical to the future of our school.
